What are Dermal Fillers? Dermal fillers are a soft, injectable gel consisting of Hyaluronic acid which is naturally occurring in the body and essential for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity as well as keeping the skin hydrated. How long do they last? Dermal fillers will normally last between 4-12 months dependent on various factors such as lifestyle; metabolism, exercise and smoking. Each person is different and these factors must be considered as to longevity of the product.
